Set up, optimize, and certify industrial manufacturing processes to meet operational and quality standards.
Design and modify production process layouts, including process flow, machinery arrangement, and quality control systems to support product changes and efficiency improvements.
Lead and initiate problem-solving activities using PDCA / DMAIC methodologies; prepare structured reports such as Is/Is Not, Why-Why, 4M1E, and 8D analyses to address process abnormalities, yield loss, and production defects.
Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives by testing, evaluating, and modifying processes as required.
Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate process effectiveness, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Establish and implement production safety guidelines and procedures for the handling of hazardous materials and chemicals.
Ensure compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies, as well as company, industry, and government regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of 2-3 engineers.
Results-oriented with demonstrated capability to drive teams to achieve and exceed production KPIs.
Strong technical skills in machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, production quality control, and engineering analysis.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Chinese.
