Kelayakan
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
3-5 years of related experience
Preferably in areas in low volume high mix metal manufacturing for the semi-conductor, automotive or aerospace industries.
Proficient in 3D,2D, CAD, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, MES, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma and PLM.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves analyzing production workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing engineering solutions to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

• The process engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.
• Development and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and production processes are aligned.
• Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Monitor production equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, procedures and equipment.
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes, procedures and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality.
• Create 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
• Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
