Job Description


Job Function:

  • Develop and install all new injection molding equipments and document all implementation processes for all molded products. Prepare all specifications of all plastic processes and execute all gages to maintain optimal quality and assist to design all control plans.
Job Responsibilities:1) Estabilishing controlling and improving existing injection molding,decorating and molding processes and their effective transfer trough the 24 hour operation.2) Managing new mold and mold change sampling including all documentation.Validating process development efforts and interaction with part quality. Feedback to program engineering for follow-up as necessary.3) Quality engineering studies as necessary to respond to internal or external part or process non-conformities.4) Communicationg closely with management team members regarding all aspects of process control.5) Help and coach shift foreperson on process control and troubleshooting.6) Adhering to quality system requirement and a focus on continuous improvement in relationship to our process set-ups and their maintenance.7) Perform other tasks/projects as necessary to aid the company policy.8) To support all digitalization initiatives in company\'s factory.Reporting To: Production ManagerCompetency:Education:
  • Diploma and above
Skills :
  • Molding machine troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computing skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a manufacturing environment or similar environment at a engineer level.
  • For those do not have an academic qualification, minimum 5 years working experience is required.
