Job Responsibilities

a~ Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.

a~ Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.

a~ Assembles reports to document process status and changes

a~ Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.

a~ Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.

a~ Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.

a~ Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates

a~ Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues and optimization test

a~ Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality and standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.

a~ Support technically to manufacture by coordinating engineering modifications.

a~ Prepare work instructions.

a~ Attain targets for process productivity, manufacturing days, process yield and entire manufacturing expenses.

a~ Design the loading layout according to loading plan provided by Planner using CAD software.

a~ Provide an effective loading layout based on packaging item which comply to the customer requirements and loading transportation regulations.

Competencies

Education

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Working Experience

At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Manufacturing/solar energy is advantages.

Professional Requirement

Software : Microsoft Office / 2D CAD

Well communication skill

Rich Knowledges of management and production

Excellent analysis skill
