Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide engineering solution to Manufacturing Department to optimize process and equipment capability to meet and exceed Autoliv\xe2\x80\x99s global expectations;
- To be involved and carry out actions in advanced Production Quality Planning (APQP);
- To implement and improve performance of lean manufacturing practices throughout the production area for increased productivity and waste elimination;
- To prepare and update documentation timely and independently pertaining to \xe2\x80\x98new product development\xe2\x80\x99 and production processes;
- Ensure machine operates safely and areas where non conformances detected to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Process / Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Possess 2 - 5 years of experience in industry;
- Knowledge, familiar and independent in FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and Work Instruction; Problem solving methodology
- Have experience to set up new processes in Production;
- Hands-on in Mechanical / Process / Industrial Engineering and JIT methodology
- Possess good communication and leadership skill
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
