Job Description

Responsibilities: To generate and update specification and standard operating procedures. To improve production yield at or above targets through recommendation of proper materials,equipment, jigs and fixtures and manufacturing methods. To responsible for reject criteria correlation. To perform roots cause analysis and recommend short- and long-term solutions to production on allprocess related issues. To coordinate and implement Continuous Improvement of manufacturing processes to upgradeproduction yield, quality and productivity To coordinate and implement cost improvement through time study and work study, methodimprovement, work station re-layout, etc. To liaise with OQA/customer on any arising quality feedback, provide corrective/preventive actionplan for improvement. To provide technical support or solutions to resolve critical issues in production line. To ensure all processes follows the Standard Operating Procedures. To carry out further process optimization through DOE and machine capability study. To responsible for verification and analysis on defective part to determine the root cause andremedy. To carry out any other duties as requested and instructed by the Superior. Requirements: Possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Material engineering or any other equivalentdiscipline with 2 years working experience. Knowledge of DOE and SPC is beneficial.
