Process Engineer (manufacturing)

Job Description
Location: Shah Alam/Subang, Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur
s:
- Carry out testing on new raw materials to improve Process Capabilities and Yield.
- To perform process improvement and to reduce downtime through Kaizen Project activities.
- To analyses the process yield by applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze collected data.
- Ensure department QMS documents are up to date and properly filed.
- Prepare analysis of performance report for improvement purpose.
- Conduct daily routine preventive maintenance.
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Chemical/ Electrical & Electronic (E&E)/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 4 to 5 years of working experience in process improvement in manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve process performance.
- Familiar with statistical analysis tools (e.g. Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA).
- Ability to conduct process audits and develop audit reports.
- Good written and verbal in English communication skills.
