Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Process Engineer Mechanical (Operations) Your Responsibilities Accountable for the Laser Drilling, Laser Trimming, Oven Curing, Etching/Cleaning or Lamination processes. Support 24/7 operation readiness and issues as Process Owner, concerning Quality and Safety aspect of the operation. Process Qualification, Start Up, Development of Qualification plans, DoE plans and procedures, Evaluation procedures etc Cost reduction and Cost cutting Ensure proper pass down information, use company tools and given templates for the information pass down Excursion management and follow up Follow up in the system with Basic findings (BF\'s). Make sure, they are closed in time and all required corrective actions are done and evaluated Follow up in the system with Internal Deviations (ID\'s). Make sure, they are closed in time and all required corrective actions are done and evaluated Maintain Yield baseline and improve Yield Performance, involve in Yield monitoring and Low Yield Analyses activities in WorkGroup. Attend Workshops and participate activities in that Management of Process relevant QMS Documents like Process instruction, Organized Reaction Plan, Checklists etc Perform internal role-specific Line Audits ORP Execution for blocked Process Parameter definition for Machines and Processes Preparation for Hook Up, Bring in, and Installation of new equipment. Recipe development, recipe maintenance and recipe management within the department Releasing of Machines with focus on process excursion RC and recovery, validate the completion of supplier modification/engineering fixing. Final overview the process healthiness Releasing of blocked Processes (Input Parameter, PCS) Releasing of Engineering Lots, DoE Lots and Special lots like skewed IWV Lots etc. No Release of Standard Production lots Report line status, work status and incidents, as well as problems and highlights to Superiors in a timely and accurate fashion via verbal and written Scrap execution for Mechanical (Lamination, Laser Drilling, Laser Cutting) lots and DoE lots Make training documents for Operator (Work Instruction) Training of Engineer trainees and Operator Supplier training for Onsite Write and maintain Fingerprint Document for Equipment Work / Participate on Projects (Cost cutting, Green Belt, Yield improvement, Taskforces etc.) Write Material Specification for new Material and maintain Specification for existing material Readiness for Business trips, Supplier Visits, Customer Visit, domestic as well as abroad Readiness for work on overtime and even in night-time in urgent cases and emergencies as per superior\'s demand Readiness for work on Weekends in urgent cases and emergencies as per superiors\' demand also other arrangement from Engineering as per Duty plan Other duty assign by superior (Weekend Duty Engineers Other duties assign by superior Your Profile 5 years working relevant experience in laser drilling such in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication, Assembly and Test Engineering, Maintenance or Production Operations or equivalent, (required to work in clean room environment) Bachelor in Preferable from the substrate industry or similar industries Like Semiconductor Industries, manufacturing assembly, or IC Packaging.
