Job Description
Da Vinci Assembly Process Engineer
\xc2\xb7 Monitor process performance and improve yield, quality, ECC, O/S complaint, LRR, and reduce internal/external customer noise.
\xc2\xb7 Work as a team between Operation/ Equipment/ Quality to resolve production, quality issue and reduce production line disruption.
\xc2\xb7 Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes with proper change management process.
\xc2\xb7 Manage recipe and procedural control. Familiar with Control plan, OCAP, WI & FMEA.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure robustness of processes with SPC and other process control tools.
\xc2\xb7 Initiate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
Profile
Good communication
Have process/manufacturing working experience
Chemical background preferable
