Job Description

What You Will Do

a) Monitor process status, assess the impact of changes in process parameters on products, and verify their reasonableness.

b) Development of new products and processes

c) Regularly evaluate processes or control plans, responsible for formulating technical and process documents and standards, and establish and improve on-site standardized operating procedures, regularly updating or maintaining various technical documents, including operation instructions, FMEA, etc.

d) Establish product quality and related inspection standards

e) Manage and update process documents for each process ensuring consistency in FMEA/CP/guidance sheets/production reports, etc.

f) Drive improvement projects for yield enhancement in cutting, punching, coding, final inspection, packaging, and other processes.

Requirements:

a) Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical, etc.), master's degree preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

b) Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate in Chinese.

c) Experience in the printed circuit board (PCB) and semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.

d) Good team player, willing to learn new skills with good initiatives and accountability.

e) Able to undergo training in China HQ for short term training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
