• Provides technical and sustaining engineering support of a PCBA, TLA and HLA assembly processes
• Establishes operating equipment specifications, improves manufacturing techniques and production yields, and introduces new process equipment to improve production efficiencies.
• Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
• Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
• Product Health Performance per Goal set. with applies extensive expertise, engineering knowledge and hands-on problem solving skills to lead and Facilitate continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Key KPI -- Product / Process Yield , RMA, Customer Quality.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in Electronics or Electrical Automation with minimum 1 to 2 years of experiences in HLA (High Level Assembly) Process Task.
• Proficiency in software and programming.
