Provides technical and sustaining engineering support of a PCBA, TLA and HLA assembly processes
Establishes operating equipment specifications, improves manufacturing techniques and production yields, and introduces new process equipment to improve production efficiencies.
Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Product Health Performance per Goal set. with applies extensive expertise, engineering knowledge and hands-on problem solving skills to lead and Facilitate continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Key KPI -- Product / Process Yield , RMA, Customer Quality.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in Electronics or Electrical Automation with minimum 1 to 2 years of experiences in HLA (High Level Assembly) Process Task.
