AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Process Engineer - Production (Plating) Your Responsibilities Work for project management, tools installation and qualification to meet the milestone set Coordinate the Plating process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliers Develop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE), Design Process and Device/product FMEA and evaluation/qualification procedures Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap, able to sustain target yield and output capacity thorough compreghensive continuous improvement and projects. Focus on executing of process root cause and recovery during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification/engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthiness Involve in Training Execution to bring up whole Production Team with adequate process controls and recovery plans Your Profile Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent Minimum 5 years of working experience in Wet process or Plating process.
