Develop and sustain manufacturing processes to meet or exceed the technical requirements of our customers and standards while achieving quality, cost and delivery objectives Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes included and not limited to facilities, layout, equipment selection, setup and installation, workflow, process flow, process characterization, process monitoring/control methodology, tool/fixture design/selection, consumables, documentation, training, support, and equipment service/maintenance Define, verify, and validate manufacturing processes to meet various regulatory requirements including related technical preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, process development, management, and operational control to ensure fulfilment of all agreed quality requirements and expected efficiency targets Evaluate and drive equipment selection, managing equipment related qualifications, process related continuous improvements and process control methods in regard to products quality and cycle time Interfaces with multiple functions and customers to resolve problems, respond to customer complaints, develop corrective actions, develop new products, and improve existing processes. Participation in process and technology roadmap planning Job Requirements Candidates must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in mechanical, manufacturing, automation, electrical/electronics or equivalent 3 years and above experience in machine soldering, dispensing and/or conformal coating process Candidates with experiences on Ersa Selective, Wave and Robotic Soldering will be added advantage Understand mechanical assembly geometric design, tolerance and able to interpret circuit diagram Well verse in IPC standard (IPC-A-610 etc.). Knowledge of ISO9000 and ISO14000 quality system Knowledge of Minitab, SPC, FMEA, RCA, 8D and other engineering tools. Strong problem-solving skills analysis. Six-Sigma Green Belt is added advantage Skilled on office software, PC skills and good English communication skills in both writing and speaking Cross function collaboration and communicate effectively. Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, teamwork spirit and willingness to learn and develop Ability to persuade, negotiate, make decision, and subsequently implement them Willing to work odds hours whenever require and willing to travel oversea as requires
