\xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure Production Foam Line Process and Conversion Process are stable with efficient outputs to fulfil Planning schedule in efficient sequences.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to reduce production cost through optimizing production yield and effectively utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities and material.

\xc2\xb7 Enhance and improve manufacturing process / equipment and reduce downtime through Kaizen Project activities.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate, set up and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all production operations.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out testing on new raw materials or new product development or new equipment with related department to enhance and improve Process Capabilities and Yield.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overall Quality Management System in Production. Ensure all process meet company Quality Management System requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor machine condition and communicate with Maintenance Department if have machine breakdown issue or any machine improvement suggestion.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor, analyses and improve the production yield and productivity to achieve company objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in capability review and production process trial and trouble shoot.

\xc2\xb7 Suggest ideas for continual improvement by applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyse collected data.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure effective communication within production team and inter-department.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure department QMS documents are up to date and properly filed.

\xc2\xb7 Undertake additional responsibilities from time to time as assigned by superior.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure high performance of machinery and environment is well maintain.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure production team carry out assigned job correctly.

\xc2\xb7 Provide adequate training to operators or new staff.

\xc2\xb7 Improve production team knowledge and skill on process or machine from time to time.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare analysis of performance report for improvement purpose.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct daily routine preventive maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and control Process Setting Record

Job Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management Science Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Science in Chemistry or Physics.

\xc2\xb7 Min 5 year working experience in manufacturing.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and math skills, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve process performance.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent technical skills, Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA).

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949 : 2016 standards).

\xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct process audits and develop audit reports.

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and coach a team.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, maintenance, quality).

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
