JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To setup designated process for New Semiconductor Line (front end to back end)
To develop and industrialize designated semiconductor process as well as to introduce and characterize relevant equipments and materials for said process.
To support assembly of engineering sample for new packages or new technologies.
To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan.
To function as process owner and technical support provider on assigned process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possesses Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in in Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology or equivalent.
Have more than 5 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry.
Strong exposure in either Front-End (wafer fabrication, photolithography, etching etc.) or Back-End (wafer saw, laser cut, die attach etc.) Processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and able to apply relevant methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Fish Bond etc.)
Experience in setting up New Semiconductor Line would be added advantage.
