• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the specific industry (plastic, packaging, printing, pharmaceutical, food)
• Internship experience in process engineering can be beneficial

ResponsibilitiesTitle: Process EngineerA process engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes within a company, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and developing solutions to streamline production lines while adhering to safety and compliance regulations; key tasks include process development, equipment selection, data analysis, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities of a process engineer: * Process Design and Development: Create new manufacturing processes or modify existing ones to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot issues.
