Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machineries and materials. Implement and review staff efficiency and factory performance in accordance with KPI target/ budget. Plan, organize, implement and monitor factory's policies to ensure smooth flow of work and communication. To ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirements. Establish service standards to meet customers' requirements and continuous improvements. Job Requirements Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology and related degree. Preferably with more than 10 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment. Possess strong leadership and capability to plan, organize, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities. Experience in implementing of ISO/HACCP & GMP is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Independent and willing to work at Bagan Datoh, Perak.
