Job Position: Process Engineering Assistant Manager

Salary Up To RM10000

Location: Batu Kawan, Penang

s:

• Report to Process Engineering Manager.
• Lead multiple teams to achieve department KPI and goals.
• Creating and presenting process improvement report.
• Ensure that the process standards, procedures and specifications are in place.
• Analysing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
• Ensuring continual improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products.
• Evaluate process flows and provide recommendations.
• Drive cost saving improvement activity. Such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing.
• Manage process engineering team to ensure that process expertise personnel have right talent and skills.
• Organize annual technology explore activities.
• Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.
• Ensure that the project is executed with good quality and budget control processes.
• Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and health laws and regulation as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Manager.

• Min. Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Field or 5 years related in sheet metal process experience.
• Computer literate including engineering software.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical, mathematics skills. Well cost, quality mind and risk manage.
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• Report and procedure writing skills.
