Job Description

The Process Engineering Manager (PCBA) will oversee process development, optimization, and quality improvement in the production of printed circuit board assemblies. This role requires expertise in process engineering within the industrial and manufacturing industry to ensure operational excellence and productivity

• Lead and manage process engineering activities for PCBA production to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and enhance production capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all process activities.
