Company background: Our well-established client in a MNC equipment manufacturer supplying to semiconductor industry. They are looking for dynamic and result oriented candidates to fill their current job opening of Process Engineer, to be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Benefits: \xe2\x80\xa2 5 working days \xe2\x80\xa2 13 months\xe2\x80\x99 salary \xe2\x80\xa2 Fixed allowances \xe2\x80\xa2 Mileage claim \xe2\x80\xa2 Insurance coverage and outpatient Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a solid understanding of customer requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute process engineering expertise to the onsite team for all tasks required throughout the various stages of the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify equipment operation and equipment performance with respect to the reference baseline \xe2\x80\xa2 Acceptance testing of newly installed equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct process training with EVG service staff and customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Data collection and data interpretation for reporting and to assist troubleshooting \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, optimize and document new processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain a high-quality documentation for all data relevant for the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Present and report technical and other information internally and to customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the definition and execution of plans for deviation analysis and resolution with a focus on \xe2\x80\x9cprocess results out of spec\xe2\x80\x9d situations \xe2\x80\xa2 Author documentation as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply statistical methodologies and tools to gathered data to assist decision making \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and report equipment and other improvement ideas and suggestions internally and to the customer Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering). \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 5 years of experience in related equipment and in a production environment (Wafer Fabrication). \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in installing/repairing Lithography/Nanoimprint Lithography/Wafer bonding/Metrology equipment is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of statistical process control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of quality improvement process methods and terminology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have advanced PC skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to travel both domestically. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
