Responsible for managing and executing engineering change processes across product lines
Ensure accurate report and documentation
Timely implementation of engineering changes in accordance with company and industry standards
Manage end-to end ECN Process, including creation, review, approval, release, and implementation of engineering changes
Cross functional coordination with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to assess and communicate the impact of proposed changes.
Ensure the engineering documentation (eg. drawings, BOM, specifications) reflects approved changes.
Track and report ECN metrics such as turnaround time, backlog and implementation status
