AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Process Engineer/Specialist Your Responsibilities Full integration of process scope and integration between each department. Example: Mechanical, Assembly, Test, Lithography, Plating & SRSF. Meet and achieve DPI defined. Excursion prevention management. N+1 tools qualification. PRR and HVM readiness for N+1 tools. Yield improvement. Run rate improvement related to your process. Cost saving projects management. Chemistry/Direct materials cost projects. BCP items related to your process. Risk management, ensure zero safety incident. Defining and executing process qualification requirement which including DOE, IPP sample size, lab/rel support requirement, qualification report proposal and others as well. Ensure all updated documents (control plan, FMEA, work instruction, maintenance instruction, etc.) which related to non-CE tools released in quality documentation system prior to tool release to HVM. Establish new algorithm of materials consumption and incorporate into existing planning and purchasing system (include POR materials and non POR materials if any). Your Profile 3-8 years working experience in Process Engineering. PPreferably experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry. Experience in either of these areas: Laser Drill, Lamination, Adhesion, Plating or Photolithograhy. Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field. Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments. Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP and others as well. Good analytical skills with attention to details. Good stress management skills. Fluent written and oral English. Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred. Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locations. Open minded approach. Good team working spirit and leadership skills. Good communication and negotiation skills . Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
