: Process Executive - Medical pre-underwriting - Cantonese

Must be native or proficient in Cantonese.

Summary :

This person will be responsible for underwriting administrative task (new application processing, participate in review meeting, and quality assurance) and pre-underwriting..

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform pre-underwriting assessment on application for memberships and policy changes according to the rules and guidelines within agreed turnaround times

2. Being familiar with the processes and guidelines and equipped with necessary medical and underwriting knowledge to achieve reasonable and evidence-based decision.

3. Data capture, handling incoming emails from customers, preparing and validating the underwriting letters to customers, filing documents.

4. Prepare audit checking report and result per users to Clients' HK underwriting team on weekly basis.

5. Perform random checking and will provide quality checking report to Clients' HK underwriting team on monthly basis.

Experience:

1

. With 1-3 years of experience in medical/underwriting/Claims field

2. With knowledge on medical condition/medical insurance

3. Good problem solving skills and logical thinking

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Willing and able to work under pressure with positive working attitude

6. Strong sense of compliance, ethics and integrity; hold self accountable for own decisions and actions
