Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical Machine setting skill and maintenance experience knowledge in troubleshooting & maintenance skill in process, mechanical or electrical field

Key Responsiblities

Responsible for daily operation of Boilers, Pharmaceutical Water System, WWTP, Nitrogen System, Compressors, Lab Gaseous, LPG & Material Handling Equipment. To ensure all utilities is operating at optimum condition and delivers continuously also promptly support production needs on special arrangement for manufacturing request. Ensuring the overall cleanliness inside and outside of all utility rooms and equipments with self initiative to maintain and control. Responsible for the maintenance of the Fire Fighting system and ensuring its regular maintenance by certified company or appointed agents. Ensure that all engineering operation activities are carried out following documented procedure of cGMP and ISO standards. Proactively share information and interact with other department by rendering support toward problem solving and cross-functional works. Responsible to train and improve skill for junior Technician on Facility operation and support works. Liaison with local statutory bodies for licensing and compliance to regulation in timely manner. Responsible for Mechanical System Preventive Maintenance, Improvement Projects, Troubleshooting and sourcing of reliable spare parts or consumables. To involve and support new area facilitisation works for Mechanical System installation, testing, commissioning and validation works. Provide support and participate in GMP self-inspection program and training. Work closely with R&D, QA, Production and Technical Departments to achieve cost reduction and other company objective plans. To volunteer participation in activities pertaining to Safety & Health, BOMBA, Fire Fighting and Quality Assurance programs organized by the company.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
