The Process Manager lead a process engineering team to design, optimize, and qualify plating processes and tooling for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through troubleshooting, DOE, and customer-focused problem-solving.

• Lead and manage plating and surface treatment processes to meet production goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the engineering and manufacturing teams.
