Process Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
- Plan and develop the production flow for new products to maximize output and yield
- Implementation of Smart factory/ Industry 4.0 / Automation
- Maintain and improve production efficiency
- Manage and train a small team of production personnel (operators)
- Coordinate with suppliers to improve the quality of products
- Participate in RandD of new products when necesary
- Participate in continuous product improvement / value engineering
- Design and build jig/fixtures for production use
- Coordinate with software development team to improve the features of ERP system
- Provide training to dealers on the servicing products.
- Required to travel abroad when necessary
; Requirements: -
- Good problem solver
- Familiar with CAD software
- Have a good understanding about production setup and management
- Ability to work on hands-on task
- Ability to communicate well
- Ability to speak/write in Mandarin, Malay and English
- 1 year of experience in Manufacturing/Production is preferred
