Process / Production Engineer
Job Description
1. To prepare/planned work instruction and process for a project/production. 2. To supervise the production line and to ensure it operates smoothly. 3. To solve problem when production line encounter problem. 4. To prepare production flow charts for new project. 5. To discuss production line with Customer so as to make necessary changes for the benefit of both parties. 6. To planned and schedule the project output/quantity. 7. To calculate the cycle time to complete on cycle of a sub-assembly/shot. 8. To teach/train the operator and leader to ensure good part are produced. 9. To ensure that the requested arts are produced on time. 10. To ensure that the new products are launched on time.
