Process quality management
-Responsible for the quality control in the production process, identify abnormalities and promote improvement, reduce the defective rate;
-Develop and revise Control plans, SIP (standard inspection procedures) to ensure that inspection standards meet requirements;
-Guide the daily work of OQC, IPQC, OQC, IQC.
2. Anomaly analysis and problem improvement
-Analysis and judgment of leading bad phenomena, and communicate with production units to improve measures;
-Use 8D report, FMEA, SPC (statistical process control) and other tools to promote problem solving;
-Analyze the problem of customer complaint, Formulate corrective and preventive measures, and track the implementation effect.
3. Customer quality docking
-Assistance and preparation for new customers to import preliminary customer data, assistance for new models APQP, overall preparation of PPAP data;
-Responsible for handling customer complaints, coordinating internal resources for problem analysis;
-Evaluate supplier quality and drive incoming material quality improvement.
4. Continuous improvement and data analysis
-Use quality data (FPY, defect rate, trend chart) to identify improvement opportunities.
-Summarize process and finished product inspection data to form Weekly/Monthly/annual quality report; Report process quality performance to management regularly.
-Analyze the data through QC seven techniques, identify the quality trend and put forward optimization suggestions
