Job Title: HR Admin. (HR Generalist, HR Operations, Shared Service Generalist) SME

Process & support Hire to Retire transactions.
Process & perform quality checks on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities.
Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities.
Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols.
Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations.
Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers.
Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions.
Maintain service level agreements.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in HR Administration (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years in Experience in HR organization
Graduate in any stream
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results and deadline driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 2-year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Proficient in Chinese Mandarian & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
