You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing activities, assets, and campaigns are well-coordinated, compliant with brand standards, and executed on time across multiple departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for marketing communication activities.
Coordinate campaign timelines, creative requests, and content approval processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Manage digital asset libraries and ensure proper version control, categorization, and accessibility for marketing materials.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, project status, and process efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, HR, Operations, and external vendors to align project goals.
Support the planning and execution of corporate events, internal communication programs, and promotional campaigns.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication flow, productivity, and data accuracy.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company brand, legal, and corporate communication guidelines.
Provide administrative and analytical support to the MarCom Manager for project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in marketing operations, process improvement, or communications project coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience managing workflows, timelines, and approvals in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as project management systems, DAM platforms, or CMS tools is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Power BI or data dashboards is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with global teams.
