Process Staff Engineer (Wetchem) Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia - OSRAM OS Penang
Deine Aufgaben
- Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support for Wet process.
- Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line interruption.
- Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning and production ramp.
- Perform or lead FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control.
Wen wir suchen
- Possess Master/ Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering / Physics or equivalent.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing unit processes materials and equipment engineering andin-depth knowledge of characterization methodology.
- Possess good technical knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing unit processes materials and/or equipment engineering
- Experienced in Six sigma, DMAIC methodology, Design of Experiment, possess good knowledge in MS office and also Minitab
- Able to speak good Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Possess good communication, interpersonal,analytical and problem-solving skill.
