• Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, represented by Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd, with offices located in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch has diversified businesses in Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. The company has three manufacturing plants in Penang providing Car Multimedia, Power Tools and Automotive Steering systems. • Responsible in Spare Part Value Stream as Process Technician, which he/she will be responsible for MSE8 packing process and packaging improvement.
• Responsible to configure Asia Hub spare parts packaging configuration
• Responsible to perform define packaging type for spare parts according to defined ASA guideline, including creating new packaging material.
• Responsible for CR completion, SAP Pronovia tracking and approval closure
• To support engineer in change request (ECR) - in issuance and coordination between Asia Hub and other Bosch plants
• To support engineer in spare part setup at Asia Hub location.
• Responsible to resolve packaging issues arises
• To support engineer in line documents preparation and release for production use.
• Support planner in spare part material coordination and achieve production output target
• Support production to ensure smooth spare part value stream process, including fixtures, machines and equipment ordering and setup.
• Responsible to identify root cause for customer complaint and ensure timely implementation of improvement measures and disposition decision.
• Responsible to maintain spare part packaging material overview.
• Support in customer complaint handling and implementation of improvement measures
• Support inventory count for value stream
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior

• Diploma or Advance (Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical).
• Min. 3 years working experience, preferably in design or product engineering field.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Literacy in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledgeable failure analysis and problem solving, will be added advantage.
• Possess good analytical & communication skills. Accountable, self-driven and independent.
