• Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, represented by Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd, with offices located in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch has diversified businesses in Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. The company has three manufacturing plants in Penang providing Car Multimedia, Power Tools and Automotive Steering systems. • Responsible in eBike Battery Pack & process, qualification and daily line issues support.
• Work closely with cross functional team to provide technical support for production for any process issues & continuous improvement.
• Conduct the process assembly training & briefing to operators.
• Support engineer on new & update manufacturing line release document.
• Process assembly cycle time study & improvement.
• Assist engineer in new component qualification project, evaluation build, samples testing and FTR report according to the project timeline.
• Work with construction team and supplier with provide the technical inputs on the jig/fixtures design for improvement.
• Work with production Failures Analysis on the daily line defect & weekly report consolidated.
• Plan & coordinate with planner production for the sample build & component qualification.
• On time to time, to support to complete superior ad-hoc task.

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of proven track record and working experience in related working environment.
• Experiences in Battery manufacturing process, good knowledge and hands-on in Resistance Welding process, equipment and troubleshooting.
• Experience in statistical software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel etc). Possess SAP knowledge will be an added advantages.
• Must have good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
