With its tires, Continental makes a significant contribution to safe, efficient and environmentally friendly mobility.Process Technician (PI/PE OTR ETO Specialist)Execute Product Industrialization/Process Engineering (PI/PE) related OTR construction coordination, preparation, Experimental Tyre Order (ETO) component processing, trial, evaluation, measurement and verification at OTR shopfloor in Continental Tyre Petaling Jaya plant. Perform basic preparation and construction observation, troubleshooting, fine-tuning and data compilation to assist PI experts. Responsible for OTR, ETO on daily/shiftly cold preparation to tire building process and requirement.1. Production / Quality / Efficiency Improvements:\xe2\x96\xaa Supports root cause analysis activities in Scrap VI, CTDE, tire weight, wheel test, yield and audits.
\xe2\x96\xaa Verify equipment, Tooling & Process requirements are aligned and suitable for achieving product requirements and specifications.
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide feedback to process expert on product allocation & cycle optimization opportunities
\xe2\x96\xaa Execute corrective actions as instructed by process experts on process related & CI activities related to scrap, rework, tire weight, cured tire dimension and yield.2. Plans / Strategy / Projects:\xe2\x96\xaa Provides feedback on corrective & Contingency Plans for achieving stable and capable processes to experts
\xe2\x96\xaa Support LEAN manufacturing principle implementation
\xe2\x96\xaa Advice to CBT1 team regarding processes
\xe2\x96\xaa Supports new or alternative raw materials/compound/products/processes/construction on time for ETO to production with consideration for the manufacturing process, quality and cost aspects
\xe2\x96\xaa Provides feedback on evaluation of Release Notes (RN) for new or alternative raw material/compound/process/construction3. Agreements/Reports / Documentation:\xe2\x96\xaa Process Performance - supports report KPI\'s i.e. Process Excellence and Process Sustainability Audits
\xe2\x96\xaa Provides feedback on archived records, reports, surveys & justifications related to process trials and assessments
\xe2\x96\xaa Assists PI experts on maintain workplace specifications
\xe2\x96\xaa Regularly reporting of results of current testing and planning of further activities4. Process Excellence:\xe2\x96\xaa Implement and maintain capable, efficient and stable production processes that satisfy the Process Excellence objectives.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ensuring the introduction and industrialisation activity on new process/equipment fulfill all minimum/customer requirement
