Job Description

This Process Technician role supports daily manufacturing operations by setting up production equipment, resolving technical issues, and assisting with process improvements. The position is essential to ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining equipment performance, and supporting new product activities.
As a Process Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Setting up parameters for process equipment such as paste printers, SMT machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
• Performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and scheduled servicing of equipment and fixtures.
• Providing technical support to operators and production teams.
• Assisting engineers with improvement projects and technical tasks.
• Creating documentation for new products and processes.
• Training operators and supporting resolution of equipment and line issues.
• Maintaining tools, jigs, equipment, and ensuring process stability.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• A College or University qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or a technical field.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Process Technician in an electronics or power supply manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem?solving abilities, teamwork skills, and technical understanding.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
