Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs for Ariba P2P solutions
Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Ariba Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives.
This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients.
Supporting day to day business needs for Ariba P2P
Manage Ariba P2P Implementations which would require writing requirements, performing Demo\xe2\x80\x99s, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation
A minimum of 5 years Ariba Experience
Must be able to speak to the technology around the tool and have an understanding of Sourcing and Procurement process
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results
High level of proficiency using Procurement concepts
Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives
Excellent experience with MS Office products.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years in analytical position performing business analysis, process improvement activities.
