Provide administrative support to the JAPAC Procurement team.
Assist in tracking and reporting procurement activities as needed.
Willingness to learn
Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience with procurement administrative tasks, such as RFI/RFP/RFQ, vendor management, and document organization.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, Korean are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with programming software is a plus.
Strong analytics skills and attention to details.
