Possess at least a qualified business administration, or equivalent diploma or degree
At least 1 year related working experience
Possess own transport and willing to travel around town for purchasing/sourcing purposes.
Can speak in English, B.Malaysia, Mandarin

Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department
Establish and maintain re-order level to monitor purchase of products, equipment, services and supplies
Monitoring and enforcing the company\'s procurement policies and procedures
Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and proposing products and services for management approval
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information.
Maintaining good supplier relations
Negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Preparing budgets, cost analyses and reports.
