Job Description


  • Possess at least a qualified business administration, or equivalent diploma or degree
  • At least 1 year related working experience
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel around town for purchasing/sourcing purposes.
  • Can speak in English, B.Malaysia, Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department
  • Establish and maintain re-order level to monitor purchase of products, equipment, services and supplies
  • Monitoring and enforcing the company\'s procurement policies and procedures
  • Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and proposing products and services for management approval
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses and reports.
