Job Description

• Required Language(s): English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Able to speak & write English will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of Autocourt will be an added advantage
• Required Skill(s): Excel & Word, Powerpoint
• Team Player with strong organizational skills and communication skills a must
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
• Proactive and resourceful with a \'can-do\' attitude

Responsibilities

Vendor Management :

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate price, and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time deliveries, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.

Purchase Order Management:

• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Track and update the status of purchase orders, keeping stakeholders informed of delivery schedules
• Work with various departments to understand their procurement needs and prioritize requests.
• Collaborating with internal departments HR , Technician, Marketing) to ensure that material received according to the Purchase Order

Inventory Control:

• Update Delivery Order for incoming materials in the system and record item quantity on stock card when necessary
• Perform stock count activity for incoming material/packaging and update stock system
