Job Description

Administrative Support:

Providing administrative assistance to the procurement team, often handling day-to-day operations of the department.

Vendor Management:

Maintaining and updating supplier records, contact information, and pricing in procurement systems.

Order Processing:

Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders for goods and services.

Coordination & Logistics:

Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and coordinating with customers for billing and delivery arrangements.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records and updating product information in procurement databases.

Reporting:

Preparing procurement reports to support management's strategic purchasing decisions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
