Role Summary: Source for the best supplier in terms of pricing, delivery, quality and services. Execution of purchase orders based on received purchase requests. Expedite and track purchasing delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with users to determine their product and service needs.
- Source for the best supplier in terms of pricing, delivery, quality and services.
- Execution of purchase orders based on received purchase requests.
- Expedite and track purchasing delivery.
- Ensure that delivery orders are acknowledged by end-users.
- Managing the sourcing project and preparing the monthly reports.
- Responsible for ensuring records are maintained and procurements are documented from origination through completion.
- Solving the discrepancies in terms of pricing, quality, quantities and so on.
- Bid evaluation and preparation of bid proposals for contract requirements.
- Manage contractual T&Cs with suppliers and Legal
- Work on any other tasks as assigned
