• Position Title: Procurement and Logistics Executive
• Working Location: Changi North
• Working Hours: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm; 1 half-day Saturday per month, 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 12 pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Communicate with management and contractors regarding cost estimations.
• Negotiate project terms to handle all issues effectively.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall project value.
• Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.
• Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.
• Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, certificates, and renewal inspections.
• Respond to supplier, vendor, and internal inquiries.

• At least a Diploma with 2 years of related working experience, preferably from the Construction industry
• Full process of procurement including QS-related experiences preferred
• Comfortable with working in a warehouse or non-aircon environment
• Able to start work on a short notice or immediately
