Procurement Assistant / Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Perform daily procurement operations includes processing the purchase requisition, purchase order issuance and other relevant documents. Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and negotiating with the suppliers for the required good or item. Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth supplying of items. Liaise with internal teams to understand and fulfill material requirements. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records. Support data entry and procurement reporting as required. Support Head of Department in performing daily procurement operations on project basis.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management /Marketing or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English Good communication skills and negotiation skills. Analytical with good presentation skills. High-energy individuals and team player.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
