Procurement Assistant (fresh / Entry Level)
Job Description
Review and monitor current inventory
Analyze sales forecasts based on the current trend and plan for the goods needed
Manage excess inventory and determine the ways to prevent
Evaluating, planning, releasing purchase order to meet business requirements
Tracks orders and investigates problems
Coordinate with logistics of shipments and orders.
Requirement
1 or 2 years working experiences in related field (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
Able to speak & read Mandarin, English, Malay. Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Client
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Inventory planning background is preferred
Good in mathematic, analysis & forecast and data visualization
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or relevant field.
