1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, client networking, and lead generation.

Tender and Quotation Preparation:
1. Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to ensure alignment with company capabilities.
2. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, technical, and finance) to gather information for tender submissions.
3. Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, tenders, and quotations within deadlines.
4. Ensure all tender documents comply with client specifications, legal requirements, and company policies.
5. Maintained a database of tender documents, client requirements, and submitted proposals for future reference.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Diploma in Procurement, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure database system administration is an added advantage.
3. Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
4. Committed, mature, and able to work independently.
5. Able to and willing to work under pressure.
