Own It:
- Experienced indirect materials buyer in any of the following categories: corporate services, technology, warehouse & distribution, logistics, property MRO, engineering and equipment MRO.
- Hands-on knowledge in category management a must.
- Manage sourcing and category works for categories assigned and provide recommendation of award.
- Support contracts management, supplier performance reviews and uptake where necessary.
- Be part of process automation including ERP system migration, implementation and improvement activities.
Build Trust:
- Develop trust and mutual respect with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute procurement activities in accordance to prevailing guidelines and procedures.
- Independent and reliable in recommendation of award, due diligence activities and engagement with stakeholders.
- Ensure procurement process are transparent, ethical, and compiled with the legal requirement and compliances policies.

- Strong self and task leadership abilities.
- Dynamic, appreciate team synergies and motivate others at work.
- Take lead in initiatives of improvement and be a change agent within the Department/Business.
- Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with Stakeholders/Business Units at all times.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in terms of procurement competitiveness and processes.

- A driver of differentiated approach in the way we work both internally and externally with suppliers/customers.
- Introduce new work methods, categories, suppliers and materials to the Business.
- Benchmarking of current suppliers against new development/innovation in the market.
- Influence and challenge internal stakeholders to spend, buy and use differently.

- Work in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment.
- Stay focus in priorities, provide closure and delivered the necessary results/progress.
- Adapt quickly to changes, quick to respond, skillful in problem solving and at any times provide solutions and take actions that are compliant to all prevailing guidelines and policies.

- Be a brand ambassador for both internally and externally with suppliers/customers \xe2\x80\x93 make procurement fun!
- Understand Pos values, products and services and work with internal stakeholders and suppliers/customers for innovation, improvement/efficiency initiatives.
- Be a trendsetter in procurement engagements and support the Business in any way possible.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Tactical/Strategic Procurement (Senior Executive) or 3 years experience (Executive).
- Tactical and process-oriented problem solving
- Strong professional experience in Procurement or Supply Chain functions.
- Experience in ERP system is a must.
- Strong in analytic, detailed and experience with contract management is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams and a great team player.
