Job Description

• This role manages all procurement activities for key categories, including strategy development, vendor negotiation, contract management, and alignment with stakeholders and Finance for budgeting.
• Also, this role ensure consistent contract terms, timely renewals, and strict compliance with procurement policies and standards.

• Oversee all aspects of key categories (RAN, Core, Transport, Passive, Services, OSS, Leased Lines, etc.) to support business needs.
• Conduct market research and opportunity assessments to develop and implement effective procurement strategies through competitive and direct negotiations.
• Lead procurement processes, negotiate contracts, issue PRs/POs, track savings, and manage vendor relationships after contracts are in place.
• Streamline contracts and pricing for CD, ensuring timely renewals.
• Align with stakeholders and Finance on procurement strategies and budgeting, and secure necessary approvals.
• Ensure strict adherence to Procurement Policies, Manuals, and control standards.

• 7- 10 years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Technology, or Project Management in Network Engineering or IT, preferably in Telecom.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Business, Engineering, or IT.
• CIPS, CSSP, or similar procurement certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence and work with all levels of management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and procurement tools.
