Requirements

  • Degree in any field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skills required: Procurement, Administrative Skills, Organizational Skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or similar roles, with experience in foreign currency imports.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Background in Tyre trading and a Mathematics/Statistics major is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Acting as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Managing purchase orders, requisitions, and documenting deliveries.
  • Reviewing purchase invoices and managing minor accounting tasks.
  • Planning and purchasing equipment, stationery, services, and supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Analysing and approving products and services for purchase.
  • Assisting with sales, inventory, logistics, and marketing tasks.
  • Managing inventory systems and supporting marketing merchandise coordination.
  • Handling customer claims and controlling marketing costs.
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records and information flow.
