About the Role

As a Procurement cum Planner at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities while coordinating production planning and material readiness. You will also liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely supply, storage, and usage of raw materials in line with production schedules.

What You Will Be Doing:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and services at competitive prices. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstock. Create and update production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and material availability. Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet required specifications. Prepare purchase orders, track delivery status, and resolve any delivery or quality issues with suppliers. Maintain accurate procurement and production records for audit and tracking purposes. Assist in warehouse coordination including inbound/outbound tracking and storage planning. Monitor supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships. Ensure all procurement and planning activities comply with company policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all relevant government regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. 1-2 years of experience in procurement and/or production planning, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry. Previous experience in a procurement, planning, or a similar role is beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Mandarin is an advantage). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
